The scenic spots in SIP were bustling with visitors during the five-day May Day holiday. Many people expect to be back again in the future.

The newly opened 688 Arts & Fashion Space offered the holidaymakers a good place to appreciate art and enjoy their leisure time. The Younan Art Gallery, the trendy block IXIXNINE, the Black King billiards club and various stores, cafes and bars attracted lots of people.

The Suzhou Olympic Sports Centre transformed into a “sports universe”, with its badminton hall, football and basketball center, swimming pool and other venues fully booked. Football, tennis and badminton matches were held.

Water tours were especially popular. The water sightseeing vehicles served more than 30,000 passengers during the holiday.

The Taohua Island attracted many people to try the water bike ride, interact with cute animals, enjoy wonderful music, and participate in the parade themed “The Wizard of Oz”.

The Jinji Stations of various styles provided good spaces for tourists to take a rest and photo with.

There were also various fairs and bazaars, pets’ sports meet, outdoor concerts and other activities that offered the participants unforgettable experiences.
