SIP’s Weiting Sub-district has carried out a long list of programs aimed at improving well-being of the aged and the young.

For senior citizens, there are often events such as folk art performances that make the participants’ life colorful and enhance their interactions with each other.

For young adults, there are training sessions and lectures on entrepreneurship. The sub-district also recommends projects to young people looking to start their own business, and gives them help in realizing their dreams.

Moreover, the sub-district provides job information to job seekers and offers them guidance on resume and interview.

For children and teenagers, there are various opportunities for them to participate in social practices, such as clearing garbage in public areas, and also those for acquiring new knowledge and skills, such as learning to make mineral pigments with traditional handicraft.
